Cascais
This former fishing village is now-a-days one of the most lively seaside resorts on the Estoril coast.
It lies on the opposite side of the Sintra-Cascais mountain range to Praia das Maçãs and it is accessible by taking the Cabo da Roca road or by taking the bus from Sintra. The bus leaves from the station road.
It is a very common destination for tourists and you’ll find people from all over the world here.
It has a very active and diverse night life, with outside restaurants and bars, perfect after a long day of shopping on the pedestrianised streets.
Visit the marina or stroll along the promenade and marvel at the opulence of the yachts and mansions along the bay.
Visit Azenhas do Mar just a couple of miles down the road
Visit here the beautiful World Heritage town of Sintra
